The recruitment process
1. The client contacts Elite and expresses an interest in using our services.
2. We respond to the client and provide them with a copy of our terms and conditions and details of our fees.
3. The client responds by indicating acceptance of our terms and conditions of business, together with a detailed specification for the role to be filled.
4. With a clear understanding of the client’s requirements, we search our extensive network of registered candidates. We will also proactively search for a suitable match using advertising and referrals.
5. We then short-list the strongest candidates and present their CVs to our client.
6. If our short listed candidates are acceptable, the client then interviews all candidates and indicates to Elite their preferred selection.
7. The candidate is then contacted by Elite and offered the position. If the position is accepted, a start date is agreed upon and this is communicated to the client.
8. The client then pays Elite their fee for introducing the successful candidate. Payment is required at least 7 days prior to the commemcement of the assignment.
9. The candidate then starts employment with the client.
10.In the unlikely event that the applicant is found to be unsatisfactory a replacement employee will be found up to 8 weeks after the commencement date.
